Situation
A tenant‑occupied Victorian terrace needing modernisation and extension, requiring careful project programming to minimise disruption while re‑planning shared spaces, enlarging the bathroom and adding a loft room within permitted development and tight budgets.
Solution
Delivered phased works around tenants, reconfigured shared areas for better flow, created a larger bathroom through efficient spatial redistribution, and executed a cost‑controlled loft conversion to add an additional room.
Outcome
A sensitively modernised home with improved shared living, a significantly larger bathroom and a new loft room — all achieved within PD rights, tight budgets and minimal tenant disruption.
