Super Prime London Heritage Penthouse Redevelopment

Elevating a Mayfair Penthouse into a market‑defining asset through a refined interior strategy whilst balancing conservation constraints and complex MEP integration to amplify commercial value.

Situation

Sat within a highly protected heritage estate the penthouse design faced several delivery challenges; conservation constraints, strict gateway protocols and complex MEP requirements. The existing services and spatial configuration were outdated, seeking a refined, commercially compelling interior that elevated market positioning while meeting rigorous estate standards.

Solution

Client-side design management - key contributor to all design, consultant and contractor meetings, maintaining alignment across programme, commercial parameters and design intent.

Tender management — Assisted and coordinated the tendering processes, reviewing submissions, managing clarifications and supporting contractor appointment.

Stakeholder coordination — supported the orchestration of multidisciplinary teams including heritage consultants, MEP engineers, acoustic specialists and client representatives; oversaw the submitted gateway applications in line with estate protocols.

Technical delivery — Oversaw the highly complex air‑conditioning installation, resolving acoustic constraints through iterative design reviews and close collaboration with engineering teams.

FF&E and staging — Developed and directed the full staging strategy, enhancing spatial flow, craftsmanship and the property’s commercial appeal.

Outcome

A beautifully presented ultra prime penthouse which had been meticulously coordinated, was technically robust and that met stringent estate requirements while showcasing a refined, commercially compelling interior.
